Why lose weight?

Most of us could stand to drop a few pounds, and there are SO MANY GREAT reasons to lose weight. Let’s take a quick look at a few:

Excess weight is the root cause of all of the major diseases in America today - cancer, heart disease, diabetes, stroke, vascular disease, joint destruction, and infertility.
