How to schedule your telehealth appt.

 Welcome Knoxville IW-384 Members!

Now you and your family have the convenience of being able get quality medical care from wherever you are! The MetaClinic location in Ooltewah can now see you via phone, tablet, or computer during regular business hours. Here’s how:

  1. Call MetaClinic at 1-844-774-4325.

  2. We’ll help you reserve an appointment that meets your schedule.

  3. If you are prescribed a medication during your appointment, your generic drugs can be delivered by mail to your home (at no cost to you). Or, if you prefer, you can request the prescription be phoned in to your convenient local pharmacy and use your insurance to cover the cost.

  4. There is no cost to you for these appointments.

  5. You need to have already registered as a MetaClinic Member, or you will need to complete the New Patient Registration Forms. (HOW DO WE DO THIS???)

  6. Appointments are available from 8:00am - 6:00pm (EST). Same- and next-day appointments might be available.
